3.3. Large Photo Navigation
Paragon Connect & Collaboration Center
Listing photos are essential to buying and selling a home—and now viewing them is easier than ever! Our updated photo gallery lets agents and consumers see full-size images with seamless navigation. No more opening and closing each photo individually! With our new photo navigation, you can quickly scroll through photos or effortlessly loop through the entire gallery in full-size mode. It’s a smoother, faster way to showcase every detail!
3.4. Photo Gallery Count
Paragon Connect & Collaboration Center
Along with our new photo navigation controls, we’ve added a handy photo count feature to enhance your viewing experience. In the photo gallery, you’ll now see the total number of listing photos available. When you expand to full-size view, you’ll also know exactly where you are in the gallery. For example, if there are nine photos and you open the seventh one, the app bar will display “Photo 7 of 9”, so you always know which image you’re viewing. It’s a simple touch that makes a big difference!
3.5. EasyCMA: Using an existing Listing ID
Creating a CMA in Paragon Connect has always been simple, just start by searching for the property address. But now, we’ve made it even easier with an exciting new option! When adding a new CMA, you can now choose to either start with an address search or create a CMA using an existing Listing ID.
Introducing the “Use Listing ID” feature: with just the MLS listing ID, Paragon Connect will automatically populate the address and all essential listing details for your subject property. This saves you time and effort, making the CMA creation process faster and more efficient than ever.
3.6. EasyCMA Enhanced Address Search
We’ve streamlined the address search experience with exciting new workflow updates designed to save you time and make your process more efficient.
Now, when you perform an address search, it opens in a sleek dialog window—no more navigating to a large, empty page. But that’s just the beginning!
Here’s What’s New:
Pinpoint Accuracy
Instantly use your current location to start a CMA by clicking on the map pin icon. Picture this—you’re sitting with your Seller at their home, and with a simple tap, your subject property is automatically populated based on your exact location. It’s that easy!
Address Not Found? No Problem:
Sometimes, a listing might not appear in the Google address search bar. That’s why we’ve added a handy “Can’t Find Address” link. With it, you can either enter an existing Listing ID or select the new “Manual Enter Address” option for even more flexibility. We’ll dive deeper into this feature in the notes below.
3.7. EasyCMA: Improved Verify Map Location Experience
We’ve upgraded the Verify Map Location screen to make pinpointing your exact spot simpler and more efficient.
Instead of restricting the map to a small section of the page, we’ve expanded it to a full-screen view, giving you more space and better visibility to easily verify your location. We’ve also refined the layout for a smoother experience—the confirm button has been moved to the app bar for quicker access, and we’ve added a footer with helpful instructions.
To verify, simply drag the pin to your exact location, confirm, and you’re all set.
3.8. EasyCMA: Subject Property Detail
The Subject Property Detail has been updated with several new features and improvements. First, we switched to a two-column layout instead of a single column, allowing more fields to be displayed on the screen and reducing unnecessary scrolling.
Additionally, we introduced a new section at the top that lets you control how the address information appears on your final CMA report. This adjustment does not affect the pin location of your subject property but allows you to customize the address display. For example, if Google returns the address as "1078 E Michigan Ave," you can modify it to show "1078 East Michigan Avenue" without abbreviations.
3.9. EasyCMA: Manually Add Subject Property
While Google Maps excels at charting an ever-growing list of properties, there are times when certain locations just don’t make the cut—whether it’s a hidden gem in a less-traveled area or a brand-new listing fresh to the market.
To ensure you never miss a beat, we’ve added a powerful new feature that lets you manually enter subject properties with ease.
Here’s how it works:
1. Enter the address – Start by inputting the property’s address details.
2. Pin it precisely – Place a map pin exactly where the property is located.
3. Complete the details – Fill in the required property fields, and your subject property is ready to go.
It’s fast, simple, and ensures you’re always one step ahead, no matter where the listing takes you.
3.10. EasyCMA: Create CMA from Various Locations
Paragon Connect: Listing Cart
Now, creating or updating an EasyCMA is more flexible than ever! While you’ve always been able to pull listings directly from your listing cart, we’ve expanded your options to give you even more control.
When starting a new CMA, you can still use the traditional address search, but now you also have the option to add a subject property using an existing listing ID or by manually entering the details yourself. It’s all about giving you more flexibility to make the process easier, faster, and tailored to your needs!
Paragon Pro: Listings
Did you know you can create an EasyCMA right from Paragon Pro? Just run a search, select your listings, and choose EasyCMA. Plus, the new subject property options are now available in Paragon Pro too!
3.11. Near Me Default Zoom
Your feedback is essential to helping us improve our application! During a recent focus group, we learned that the *Near Me* or *Current Location* search wasn’t zooming in closely enough, making it harder to see nearby listings. We’ve listened and made updates—our map now zooms in further, giving you a clearer, more accurate view of listing pins around your location. Finding your perfect home just got even easier!
