1.1. Minimum Requirements for Paragon Passwords
To assist with general application security, we are enforcing minimum requirements for new password values set within our Paragon systems. Going forward, if a user changes their password using Paragon or Paragon Connect the following requirements will be applied.
• Minimum length of 8 characters
• May not be the same as your User Name
• The following are required: lowercase, uppercase, symbol, number
These requirements do not apply to any existing password values, and we are not requiring users to change their password. These requirements do not apply to password values used for external SSO.

• Correction to display the proper VOW listing field value on Paragon spreadsheets
• Correction to display the listing photo when sharing to Facebook
• Improvement to the display-font used for the Collaboration Center Invitation Code making the characters easier to read
• Improvement to control access to the Restb.ai Photo Match feature at the board-level
• Improvement to add a new Tool Tip when saving a Hotsheet to provide helpful info regarding the Alert feature
• Correction to the Subscription Manager confirmation email noting that an email will be sent to the updated email address, not to “you”
• Correction to the Date displayed on Paragon/ParagonConnect MLS Messages to use the Start Date and not the Input Date

We’re excited to introduce the Resource Links widget — a new way to streamline your daily workflow in Paragon Connect. Think of it as a mini Single Sign-On (SSO) experience: this convenient dashboard widget gives you fast, secure access to the third-party tools you rely on, all from one central location. No more switching tabs or logging in multiple times — just click and go.
What’s New
Resource Links is now available as a secondary widget on your customizable homepage dashboard.
Key Benefits
• Quick Access: Launch your connected third-party tools directly from your homepage.
• Secure Sign-On: Enjoy seamless access with single sign-on (SSO) — no extra logins required.
• Flexible Display: View up to 7 resources by default, with the option to expand and see up to 11.
• Clear Layout: Each resource is listed by name for easy identification.
• Interactive Controls:
• View All: Opens the full Resources page in Paragon Connect.
• Expand/Collapse: Toggle between a compact and expanded view of your available tools.
How to Add It
By default, the Resource Links widget will be automatically added to your dashboard. If you don’t see it, you can manually add it by going to your dashboard customization settings and selecting "Resource Links" from the list of available secondary widgets.

Paragon Connect now lets you set separate color themes for your internal system and your public-facing consumer sites, including Collaboration Center, CollabLink, and EasyCMA. This means you can personalize the application you use daily with your own theme while keeping your broker branding front and center for client-facing experiences.
You can also update your Collaboration Center banner graphic to match your public theme. A new tabbed layout makes it simple to manage both internal and public themes from one place—giving you full control over how you and your brand are presented.
What’s New
• Two tabs: YOUR SYSTEM and PUBLIC FACING, allowing agents to toggle between Paragon Connect and consumer-facing theme settings
• Each tab offers three theme options: Default, National, and Custom
• All users will start with the Arctic Sky theme for public-facing pages, which can be changed at any time
• A single SAVE button stores selections for both tabs.
How to Access
• Go to Settings > System > Choose Theme > Color > Public Facing

If you're using the Restb.ai photo labels and descriptions feature, we’ve streamlined the experience based on your feedback. The process of regenerating labels and descriptions for all listing photos is now faster, simpler, and more intuitive.
What’s Changing
Previously, users had to manually select all photos before regenerating labels. With this update, a new Auto Generate All option appears directly in the top app bar when you're in Photo Maintenance and Restb.ai labeling is enabled. This eliminates unnecessary steps and speeds up your workflow.
How It Works
• Open Photo Maintenance for any listing with one or more photos.
• Navigate to the Bulk Label page via the label icon in the app bar.
• If Restb.ai labeling is enabled, you’ll now see the Auto Generate All option in the top right of the app bar.
• Clicking this option opens a confirmation dialog asking if you’d like to auto generate labels and descriptions for all photos.
• Confirm to proceed, and the system will regenerate and apply updated labels and descriptions to every photo.
Additional Enhancements
• The previous “Select All” icon has been removed, as it’s no longer needed.
• The icon used for regenerating labels on individual photos has also been updated for consistency.
• All regenerated content will replace any existing labels and descriptions.
