We’re rolling out a set of enhancements to the Listing Input Module (LIM) that make creating and editing listings easier, more intuitive, and visually streamlined. These updates are designed to support agents with helpful guidance and a more polished user experience.
Built-In Field Tips for Smarter Input
Users will now see info tip icons next to select fields throughout the LIM form. These tips provide quick, contextual guidance to help users understand what’s expected—without needing to leave the page.
• These are the same tooltips used in Paragon Pro, now integrated into Paragon Connect for consistency and ease of use
• Info tip icons appear as a circle with an “i” inside, using the updated “Info” icon from the Vision library
• Clicking the icon reveals a helpful tip related to the field
• Placement is optimized for different field types
Streamlined Single-Column Layout
To improve readability and flow, the LIM form has been redesigned into a single-column layout.
• Fields now auto-adjust in length for better use of screen space on desktop
• Textboxes have been resized to match the height of lookup fields, creating a more uniform appearance
• Fields dynamically expand as values are entered, maintaining a clean and readable layout

We’re excited to introduce a new level of personalization to your Listings page in Paragon Connect! With the new Inventory Dashboard customization, you can now tailor your view to highlight the features that matter most to you.
What’s New?
• Customizable Widgets
• Add, remove, and reorder multiple secondary widgets to suit your workflow.
• Streamlined Layout
• Published/Unpublished buttons are now horizontally aligned at the top left and reshaped for better visibility.
• A new Customize Dashboard icon has been added to the top right of the app bar. Hovering over it reveals the hint: "Customize Dashboard".
• Secondary Widgets Section
• Uses the same responsive components and breakpoints as the Customize Dashboard feature.
• Widgets can be freely added, reordered, and removed.
• There is no limit to the number of widgets you can include.
• Consistent Experience Across Devices
• The layout adapts seamlessly to different screen sizes—desktop, tablet, or mobile.
• You can also add these widgets to your homepage dashboard, giving you even more flexibility in how you manage your listings.
Looking Ahead
This is just the beginning. We’re actively working on expanding the widget library—including the introduction of new primary widgets—to give you even more control over how you manage and view your listing inventory.

The Latest Listing Edits widget allows you to quickly access both published and unpublished listings you have permission to view, sorted by the most recent edits. Each listing displays essential details including the listing photo, property address, Display ID, and the last modified timestamp.
The interface is organized into two tabs—Published (default) and Unpublished—with each tab showing 5–6 listings by default. You can expand the widget to view up to 10 listings or collapse it to return to the default view. Clicking a listing opens it directly in the Listing Input & Maintenance (LIM) form, provided you have the necessary access. A Refresh icon lets you update listing data and timestamps in real time.
Key Features
• View published and unpublished listings with recent edits.
• Tabs for Published and Unpublished listings.
• Expandable view: 5–6 listings by default, up to 10 when expanded.
• Direct access to LIM for authorized users.
• Real-time data refresh with a single click.

The Expiring Tracker widget helps agents, managers, and brokers stay ahead of upcoming listing expirations by displaying published listings set to expire within the next 60 days. Listings are sorted by expiration date and include key details such as property address, Display ID, and a countdown of days remaining.
Listings nearing expiration show a dark pink alert icon, while others within the 60-day window display a gray circle. Clicking a listing opens it directly in the Listing Input & Maintenance (LIM) form, provided you have access. A Refresh icon lets you update listing data and timestamps in real time.
Key Features
• View published listings expiring within the next 60 days.
• Alert icon for listings nearing expiration based on board and system configurations.
• Expandable view: 5–6 listings by default, up to 10 when expanded.
• Direct access to LIM for authorized users.
• Real-time data refresh with a single click.
• Integrated into Homepage Dashboard and Inventory Dashboard

The Upcoming Open Houses widget brings a streamlined, at-a-glance view of scheduled open houses directly to your Inventory Dashboard. Whether you're an agent, office manager, or broker, this widget helps you stay organized and proactive by surfacing relevant open house events across your personal listings, office, and firm.
Widget Overview
The widget is organized into three tabs—My Info, Office, and Firm—allowing users to toggle between different scopes of open house visibility. Each tab displays a clean, card-style layout with essential details:
• Street address
• Calendar icon showing the open house date
• Countdown: “Occurs in X days”
• Time range and time zone (e.g., “1:00 PM – 3:00 PM EST”)
• Clicking any open house row opens the Open House Details modal, where users can view full event details and, if authorized, make edits directly.
Filtering & Refresh
A Filter icon in the widget title bar allows users to narrow results by time frame:
• All Upcoming (default)
• Today
• Next 3 Days
• Next 7 Days
• Next 14 Days
Each filter option displays a count of matching open houses and opens a side sheet with an Apply button. Once applied, the widget updates in real time and displays a “Widget updated” snack bar message. Filters persist during the current session but reset to default on the next login.
Open House Details Modal (Continued…)
The Open House Modal provides a focused, user-friendly view of key event details when an open house is selected. It includes essential information like listing photo, address, event timing, and driving directions, all designed to help agents quickly assess and act on upcoming events. The modal adapts based on where it's accessed, ensuring a consistent experience across the platform.
When an open house is clicked from the widget, this modal opens automatically. If the user has edit permissions, they can update the open house directly within the modal—streamlining workflows and reducing the need to navigate to separate pages.
Key Highlights:
• Listing photo, address, event time, and driving directions
• Edit and calendar options (if permissions allow)
• Custom system fields and agent comments

Users can now view and manage their scheduled tours directly from the Inventory Dashboard using the new Upcoming Tours widget. This enhancement provides quick access to tour details across personal, office, and firm levels, with built-in filtering and editing capabilities for users with appropriate permissions.
Key Features
• Filter by Date Range:
Choose from Today, Next 3/7/14 Days, or All Upcoming (up to 365 days ahead).
• Tabbed View:
Access tours across My Info, Office, and Firm tabs.
• Tour Details at a Glance:
Each row shows the tour date, address, time range, and countdown (e.g., “Occurs in 3 days”).
• Edit Access:
Users with permission can edit tours directly from the modal opened by clicking a tour row.
• Refresh & Expand:
Refresh tour data with a single click or expand the widget to view up to 8 tours.
Integration & Availability
• Available in both the Inventory Dashboard and Available Widgets side sheet.
• Fully supports widget preview, add/remove, reorder, and save functionality.
Tour Modal
Clicking a tour opens a modal with full event details. This modal mirrors the look and functionality of the Open House modal but is tailored specifically for Tours, including tour-specific fields and edit options where applicable.

We’re enhancing Property Watch with smarter, more personalized tools to help you stay effortlessly connected to the properties and clients that matter most. From assigning contacts to watched properties to streamlined workflows, these updates are designed to keep you in control and ahead of the game.
Note: Property Watch is an optional feature available in some markets

We’ve made it even easier to stay connected with your clients while keeping an eye on properties that matter. Now, when you watch a property from the parcel map, you’ll be prompted with a simple question: “Want to assign a contact to this watch?”
You’re in control:
• No – Just watch the property without assigning a contact.
• Yes – Instantly open a sleek mini modal to choose one or more contacts to assign.
Why you’ll love it:
• Smart dialog with clear options
• Reuse of the familiar Choose Contact(s) mini modal from listing recommendations
• Add new contacts on the fly with the + button
• Seamless experience with confirmation snackbars to keep you informed

We’ve introduced a new Assigned Contacts accordion container in the Public Record Detail Report in Paragon Connect—bringing a more modern, flexible, and actionable way to manage your watched properties.
Now you can quickly assign or remove contacts and include custom notes on why you're watching a listing—all directly within the property details. Whether you're tracking a buyer’s interest or leaving yourself follow-up reminders, everything you need is now organized and accessible in one convenient place.
What’s new:
• New accordion container with integrated notes and contact management
• Updated overflow menu with Assign/Unassign Contact and Notes

Directly from the Property Watches section found under "My Content" in the left-hand navigation, we’ve redesigned the Property Watch cards in Paragon Connect to provide a more modern, flexible, and interactive experience.
What’s New
• Street View Integration: Property images now leverage Google Street View to give you a real-world visual of the location.
• Smarter Layout: Each card displays the property’s street address, city, state, ZIP, and owner name. If the property has an alert, an alert icon will appear next to the address.
• Overflow Menu Options: Located to the right of the address, this menu allows you to:
o Assign Contact
o Unassign Contact
o Add/View Notes
• Notes: A new Notes section is available by expanding the arrow. If no notes exist, the arrow is hidden. When notes are present, they are shown under the bolded “Notes” title.
• Updated Unwatch Confirmation: When removing a watched property, you’ll now see the following message:
“This property will be removed from your watch list, and any associated alerts will be deleted. Any contacts assigned to this property will also be unassigned.”
• Quick Access to Details: The Details action continues to open the full tax report as before.

In addition to the redesigned Property Watch cards, we’ve introduced a powerful new option within each card’s overflow menu: “View on Map.” This enhancement gives you a faster, more visual way to explore your watched listings by opening the parcel directly on an interactive map.
How it Works
From the Property Watches section under "My Content", each accordion card now includes “View on Map” as a new action in the overflow menu, located after “Notes.”
• Clicking “View on Map” will open a dedicated map page.
• The map view includes:
o Title: Property Street Address
o Subtext: City, State, Zip Code
o A map centered on the property with the parcel outline highlighted
• A close (X) button allows you to return to the Property Watch page at any time.

To make tracking contact activity even more efficient, we’ve introduced a Property Watches link in the Contact Viewer—allowing quick access to any properties that contact is watching.
Now, when a contact has been assigned to one or more watched properties, a “Property Watches” link will appear at the bottom of the Associations section in the Contact Viewer. Clicking this link opens the Property Watches page, filtered to display only the properties being watched by that contact—complete with the new accordion card layout.
This update makes it easier than ever to stay on top of key properties your contacts are watching—keeping you informed and connected at every step.

To bring parity between Paragon Connect and Paragon Pro, we’ve added the ability to add and edit notes on watched properties directly within the Paragon Pro Tax module.
Now, when you navigate to My Watched Properties in Paragon Pro and select a single property, you’ll see a new “Notes” option in the ribbon—located just after the Export link.
What’s New
• Notes ribbon action is now available when one property is selected from the Watched Properties list.
• Clicking Notes opens a mini modal, modeled after the Notes experience in Paragon Connect.
• If notes already exist for the property, they will appear pre-filled in the modal.
• Clicking SAVE stores the note to the property and closes the modal automatically.
This update ensures consistency across platforms and gives P5 users the same efficient note-taking capabilities already available in Paragon Connect. It’s a simple way to keep track of insights, reminders, or key details tied to your watched properties—all without leaving the P5 workflow.

We’ve heard your feedback and are making key improvements to the ConnectView and Public ConnectView reports in Paragon Connect to reduce the number of printed pages and improve overall readability.
Currently, these reports span 5–6 pages when printed—much more than their Paragon Pro counterparts. While a single-page printout may not be feasible, this update focuses on optimizing layout, font sizing, and section arrangement to significantly reduce page count and eliminate wasted space.
What’s Changing
• Smaller Primary Image
The top image now uses a compact 4:3 aspect ratio and only displays the primary listing photo.
• Streamlined Header Layout
Listing details (address, price, beds, baths, etc.) now appear beside the image instead of below, saving vertical space.
• Optimized Property Details Grid
Fields are shown in a two-column layout, only if they contain data. Empty fields are removed to avoid gaps, and rows are separated by subtle dividers for clarity.
• Consistent Font Sizes
All field labels and values are standardized to 11px, with section headings at 13px bold for easy scanning.
• Compact Spacing
Section and row spacing has been tightened to reduce page length while maintaining readability.

In this release, we’ve refreshed the reorder icon within the Photo Maintenance module to better reflect its intended function. Previously, the icon resembled a copy action, which caused some confusion for users.
After conducting additional research and usability reviews, we’ve selected a more intuitive icon that clearly represents the reorder action. This updated icon has now been applied consistently across the app wherever reorder functionality is available.
This change helps improve clarity and ensures a more seamless experience when organizing photos or other re-orderable elements.
