3.1. Pending Tracker – Widget, Alerts, & Notifications
We’re excited to introduce a suite of enhancements designed to help agents stay on top of pending listings that require attention. These updates make it easier to manage listings that have exceeded their contract date thresholds — across desktop, dashboard, and mobile.
3.1.1. Pending Tracker Alerts in Message Center
Agents will now receive a Pending Tracker alert when one of their pending listings has been in that status for an extended period of time, based on MLS rules.
• These alerts appear in the Required Action Needed section of the Message Center.
• Each alert includes a title, “Pending Tracker,” and a short message such as “Listing(s) pending ##+ days,” where ## shows the configured timeframe for tracking notifications.
• Clicking the alert opens the Published Listings page pre-filtered to show only listings meeting the Pending Tracker timeframe criteria.
• Alerts are shown only to agents assigned as a Listing Agent and will disappear when the listing no longer meets the criteria.
This ensures agents are notified only when action is needed — helping reduce clutter and improve focus.
3.1.2. Pending Tracker Widget
A new Pending Tracker widget is now available for both the Homepage and Inventory Dashboards, giving users a quick visual overview of listings that need attention.
• The widget displays a count of listings that are in a pending status longer than the Pending Tracker timeframe, segmented into three tabs: My Info, Office, and Firm.
• Each tab shows a large number count circle, a title (“Pending Listings”), and a subtitle (“Listing(s) pending # + days”).
• Counts are clickable based on the user’s security level, allowing direct access to filtered listings.
• Visual styling uses a dark pink alert color for clickable counts and gray for non-clickable ones.
• The widget includes a refresh button and a timestamp to show when data was last updated.
• Users can add the widget via the Customize Dashboard feature, reorder it, and preview it like any other widget.
• If you are a broker or manager, the widget will default to the Office tab, allowing you to view pending tracker alerts for your office.
This widget gives users a quick, actionable overview of pending listings that need attention — tailored to their role and permissions.
3.1.3. Push Notifications: Pending Tracker
For Paragon Connect mobile app users, we’ve added Pending Tracker push notifications to ensure agents stay informed on the go.
• Agents will receive a push notification once per day when new listings exceed the Pending Tracker timeframe threshold.
• The notification includes the app icon, title (“Pending Tracker”), and subtext (“Reminder: listing(s) over by number + days”).
• Notifications are sent only to agents assigned as a Listing Agent — brokers will not receive these notifications.
This ensures agents are alerted promptly — without being overwhelmed — and can take action even when away from their desktop.
3.2. All Features Field – Listing Maintenance
The All Features field is now available within Paragon Connect. When included on the Listing Input form, it offers a streamlined way to enter property features in Paragon Connect. Instead of selecting features across multiple fields, agents now have the option to enter all relevant features in one place. This enhancement is designed to simplify listing input while maintaining flexibility — agents can still enter features manually by category if preferred.
Highlights:
• Appears if this field has been configured by your system administrator
• Supports autocomplete by name, code, or value
• Fully synced with individual feature fields
• Optional use — agents can choose their preferred input method
Clicking the caret icon in the All Features field opens a mini modal for browsing and selecting features. The modal includes a dynamic search bar, organized category headers, and filtering options for required categories. It’s designed for performance, with lazy loading to handle large datasets smoothly.
Mini Modal Features:
• Search by feature name, code, or value
• Bold category headers with checkboxes for bulk selection
• Toggle to filter required categories
• “Add” link appears when features are selected
• Lazy loading for smooth scrolling
3.3. Compare Competition Listings
We’re excited to introduce a powerful enhancement to the Seller report in Paragon Connect—you can now compare properties directly from the Competition tab!
What’s New?
The popular Compare feature from Collaboration Center is now available in Paragon Connect! With just a click, you can view a side-by-side comparison of your listing and competing properties—all within the Seller’s report.
How It Works:
• Navigate to the Competition container in your Seller’s report.
• Click the Overflow menu on any comparable card.
• Select “Compare Property” to launch a full-page spreadsheet view.
What You’ll See:
• A clean, side-by-side comparison of your listing and the selected comparable.
• A prominent property photo at the top for quick visual reference.
• Key fields from the Property Details section of the Paragon Connect detail report—no clutter, no third-party integrations, and no remarks.
Why You’ll Love It:
• Streamlined decision-making: Instantly spot differences in price, status, square footage, and more.
• Consistent experience: Whether you're in Collaboration Center or Paragon Connect, comparing listings feels intuitive and familiar.
• Enhanced clarity: Only the most relevant fields are shown, in a logical order that mirrors your detail report.
3.4. Subject Property Photo Now Printable - EasyCMA
We’ve enhanced the Printable EasyCMA Report experience to give agents a clearer visual reference of the subject property—every time.
What’s New:
When viewing or printing a CMA, the subject property photo will now appear at the top of the report for quick visual context.
No Photo? No Problem.
If no photo has been uploaded, we’ll automatically display a static Google Street View image—just like what you see on the CMA homepage cards.
Fallback Logic:
• If a photo has been uploaded, it will always take priority.
• If no photo is uploaded, we’ll show the Google Street View.
• If neither is available, the report will appear as it does today—no image, no disruption.
This update ensures agents always have a visual reference for the subject property, making CMAs more intuitive and professional.
3.5. Dashboard Update: A Smarter View for Brokers
We’ve made a small but impactful change to improve the broker experience on both the Main Dashboard and the Inventory Dashboard.
Now, when brokers or manager access widgets that include Agent and Office tabs, the Office tab will be the default view. This means:
• You’ll instantly see activity across your office without needing to switch tabs.
• It’s easier than ever to monitor performance and stay on top of office-level insights.
• These widgets are now more aligned with broker-level workflows.
This update helps brokers get straight to what matters most — a clear visual of office-wide activity.
Note: Brokers and Managers are defined by their security level permission set by the system administrators
3.6. New CMA Tab in Collaboration Center
Clients now have a convenient way to access their EasyCMA reports directly within their Collaboration Center dashboard—no more waiting for email attachments. This new feature ensures that clients always have the most up-to-date information at their fingertips.
A dedicated “CMA” tab will appear whenever one or more EasyCMAs are assigned to a contact. If multiple EasyCMAs exist, clients can select from a dropdown list sorted by the most recent updates, making it easy to find the latest report. If only one EasyCMA is assigned, it opens automatically for a seamless experience.
The CMA viewer in Collaboration Center mirrors the emailed report experience, so clients will feel right at home. They can:
• View side-by-side comparables for quick comparisons
• Explore an interactive map view with property pins and price markers
• Click on listing cards for detailed property information
• Access attached documents without leaving the dashboard
• Use agent contact links (email and social media) for instant communication
By bringing EasyCMAs into Collaboration Center, we’ve streamlined the process for both agents and clients—making collaboration easier, faster, and more engaging.
