2. MLS Customizations and Administration

2.1. New Internal-ICE Billing Field in Paragon Pro

Action Item: No Action Needed

System Administrators will see a new column in the Agent Type (User Codes) table in Paragon > Admin > System Setup. We added a new “Billable” field as the first phase of our new internal billing process. This field will be used and administered by ICE but is visible to System Administrators. Additional information will be shared as we lay the groundwork for a streamlined, transparent process.

 

2.2. Update to the Listing Audit Recordings from Paragon Connect

Action Item: No Action Needed

Each time a listing is modified a new record is entered in the Paragon Listing Audit Report. This entry now records the logged in user and any assumed identity user information, exactly as Paragon Professional does. Now, any updates made via Paragon Connect will also include the abbreviation “PC: “ before the Update Comment value. This new prefix will make it easier to identify listing changes made in Connect.

 

3. Agent Level Changes in Paragon Professional

3.1. New Menu option to launch Paragon Connect

All Paragon systems have an option within the Resources menu to access Paragon Connect. We added a new option to the main menu to make it easier to seamlessly log into Paragon Connect. This new CONNECT icon allows fast access to launch Paragon Connect from any device, even your desktop.
