 Improvement to the Dashboard to change the Expire Alert to “7 Day Expire Alert”

3.2. Start a New Search from a Contact

We added a new option to Contacts allowing agents to start a brand new search while working within the Contact record.

Simply select a Contact and open the Buyer Activity page, this page shows any searches already linked to this contact.

With this change, you now see a new + (plus icon). Clicking this plus sign steps you through the process to create a new saved search.

Once your search criteria is defined you are ready to save your search. When you save the search it will automatically link to your Contact and enable Collaboration Center Notifications. You may choose to disable notifications.

Now you can easily set up prospecting notifications for your contacts from either the Contact or from the Property Search.
